No. Univoya is not a timeshare you don’t buy or own any property, You're joining a community driven travel club that funds ethical tourism. There are no resale traps, long term lock-ins, or pyramid schemes. Just a straightforward membership agreement that clearly outlines your benefits and perks.
All properties and assets are legally registered to Univoya CIC, . As a CIC, Univoya is not a private or profit-driven business.
all assets are “asset locked”, meaning they must be used for the benefit of the community and members.
This structure is monitored by the UK CIC Regulator, ensuring transparency, ethical use of funds, and that no individual can sell off or privately profit from the assets. It’s designed to protect both your contribution and the mission you support.
Each tier includes a set number of free nights per year. You can use them at Univoya managed properties, with the option to split nights across trips or combine them for longer stays (depending on your tier). Additional nights can be booked at a discounted rate.

Each booking allows up to 4 people per night at no extra cost. You can bring family or friends within your night allowance—Univoya is built to share.
Yes. As long as you pay your small annual fee, you continue to receive your yearly allowance and benefits lifetime. There are no renewal traps or hidden charges.
Unused nights cannot be rolled over, but you can still make the most of them. Depending on your tier, you may gift your nights to a friend, family member, or colleague, raffle them as a giveaway, or reward someone special like an employee or community volunteer. It's your benefit to use or share
No just book your own flight and enjoy your break
Your yearly nights are completely free of charge, aside from your small annual membership fee. Additional nights can be booked at a discounted rate.
Members will access an online booking portal app where they can view availability and reserve their nights. Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a fair access system.
